Teens and young adults can find support with Instapeer, a free app developed by Stupid Cancer that lets cancer patients, survivors and caregivers connect with others who’ve had similar experiences. Filter to connect by age, location, cancer type and more.

Reduce stress with The Women With Wings Foundation’s Create to Heal app, which provides guided meditations, relaxing music tracks, artwork and inspirational messages designed to help cancer patients heal emotionally, spiritually and physically.
  
Kids with cancer can get a boost from Chemo Duck, an app developed as part of an online educational program for kids undergoing chemotherapy. The app, available through iTunes, uses games to help children adapt to hospital life and treatments. It also includes kid-friendly exercises and an interactive page that helps children learn about what happens during chemotherapy.
